Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout if you need your culinary tools sooner.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cookware cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
Are your products dishwasher safe?
While many of our ceramic and glass items are dishwasher safe, we recommend hand-washing our wooden boards and professional-grade knives to preserve their longevity and finish.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, The Lost Kitchen ships to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to reach more home chefs worldwide soon.
